| Marriage License Info. An approved marriage license must be presented before a wedding service will begin. A marriage license in Niagara Falls costs $100. CDN and must be purchased in person at any City Hall within the Province of Ontario. Applicants must be at least 18yrs of age. 16 yr old girls and 17yr old boys may marry only with consenting parents present. Please Note: International marriages may be performed in Canada but special circumstances apply for those who have been divorced outside of Canada. |
